2026 Handler Information

Entry submission: Entries must be postmarked between March 2- March 9 No refunds after April 1 st
Judge: Eamonn Connell
Sheep: Commercial Crossbred wool sheep (replacement value $250)
Camping & day parking: As usual information on parking and camping will be availabe closer to the event once we know more about how wet it will be.
Class order Friday: Ranch, Nursery (2 runs available), Pro-Novice (1 run), Brace (limited to 6 teams) Saturday & Sunday: Open (1 run per day)
Exercise area: there will be an area away from the trial field and spectators dedicated to off leash exercise of your dogs, please use it.
Handlers Meeting: 7 am each day. handlers meeting notes
Trail Rules & Sanctioning: USBCHA and OSDS
Awards:
Open: Prize money to top 10% awards for top 3 dogs
PN: Prize money to top 10% awards for top 3 dogs (top 2 if less than 20 dogs)
Nursery: Awards for top 2 dogs (top 1 if less than 8 dogs)
Brace: Awards for first & second place, Prize money is Brace entries + $100. Prize money to top 3.
NW Champion: Determined by combined score in open. Winner gets $200 and a large traveling trophy. Winner MUST be present at end of event for photographs.
Waitlist: We will not be doing day of trial movement of the waitlist.
