Get Set Pricing
We use a floating scale depending on the size of the trial
Fee Structure
Our setting charges are based on the number of runs in any given day and the travel required to get to the event. As people who host a lot of trials ourselves, we know that most costs are fixed — judges, sheep, toilets, etc. Basically that means the larger the trial, the easier it is to pay for things. By using a floating scale we hope we can relieve a bit of the financial pressure on smaller events.
Setting Fee (Per Day)
| Number of Dogs | Fee |
|---|---|
| 10–40 dogs | $300 |
| 41–50 dogs | $375 |
| 51–60 dogs | $425 |
| 61–70 dogs | $475 |
| 71–80 dogs | $525 |
Determination of Run Numbers
We ask that you tell us how many runs you are planning on having when you ask us to do your event, so we can make sure we have enough people available. For the purposes of determining the fees we will use the number of runs on the first run order sent out or the number on the day, whichever is higher. Reruns do not count.
Additional Fees
- If travel requires tolls (bridges, ferries, etc.) we ask to be reimbursed for the cost of one truck pulling an RV trailer through such tolls.
- Trials 5 or more hours away may incur a travel charge depending on the size of the event.
